JCC is considered the trusted service provider of choice for all financial technology services. Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimize the possibility of unauthorized access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of placing your order.
Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items.
b. Payment on Pick-up or Delivery.

Return Policy
We work very hard to make sure you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience at www.bookshop.academy.ac.cy. However, should you deem it necessary to return an item, we have a hassle-free 15-day return policy aiming to make the return process as simple as possible.
To return an item, go to our ‘Contact us’ page, and send us an email or email us at 
specifying the product to be returned. You should include the order number and date of the purchase, name, surname, phone number and email address. For a return to be accepted, the product must be in the condition it was received, unused, complete with the original packaging intact and the correct storage conditions having been maintained. Returns shall not be accepted when the original packaging is destroyed and when the item has been broken or destroyed by any means.
Our qualified staff will attend to your request as soon as possible and will get back to you with instructions on how to return the product. Once we receive the returned item, we shall issue a voucher or supply you with a replacement item or refund.
Please note that when returning an order or part of an order, you will be responsible for the return delivery or postage expenses incurred, unless an error has occurred on our part. When returning an order or part of an order for a replacement item, you will be responsible both for the return and the replacement item delivery or courier expenses incurred, unless an error has occurred on our part.
