1. Prices
Please note that the prices on our site may change at any time. The actual price you pay will be the price charged at the time you process your order at checkout.
All prices are expressed with V.A.T. taxes unless otherwise stated. The price of the items does not include the service charge which will be charged at the rates applicable at the date of your order and which will be displayed in the checkout section of our site.

2. Availability
If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we shall not be liable to you. We reserve the right to inform you accordingly as soon as possible of likely time of availability, or of a substitute product where applicable. If you do not wish to order such substitute products, then your order will be totally or partially cancelled and you shall be refunded the price of the unavailable product as soon as possible.
3. Acceptance
There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until we actually dispatch the goods to you. Your order is an offer to buy from us. Nothing that we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we actually dispatch the goods to you. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason and will refund you if you are charged for those products.
4. Shipping and Delivery

During the process of ordering products or items there will be a delivery charge according to the delivery method, the delivery destination location and the weight or volume of the ordered products.
Delivery methods for the products you order and delivery fees are the following:
Please allow up to 3 working days to receive your order after it has been processed.
In hard-to-reach areas, the courier may delay delivery beyond 3 days from the date it received the products.
We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier, weather or other state of emergency.
5. Return Policy
We work very hard to make sure you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience at www.bookshop.academy.ac.cy. However, should you deem it necessary to return an item, we have a hassle-free 15-day return policy aiming to make the return process as simple as possible.
To return an item, go to our ‘Contact us’ page, and send us an email or email us at 
specifying the product to be returned. You should include the order number and date of the purchase, name, surname, phone number and email address. For a return to be accepted, the product must be in the condition it was received, unused, complete with the original packaging intact and the correct storage conditions having been maintained. Returns shall not be accepted when the original packaging is destroyed and when the item has been broken or destroyed by any means.
Our qualified staff will attend to your request as soon as possible and will get back to you with instructions on how to return the product. Once we receive the returned item, we shall issue a voucher or supply you with a replacement item or refund.
Please note that when returning an order or part of an order, you will be responsible for the return delivery or postage expenses incurred, unless an error has occurred on our part. When returning an order or part of an order for a replacement item, you will be responsible both for the return and the replacement item delivery or courier expenses incurred, unless an error has occurred on our part.
6. Withdrawal and Cancellation
During your order procedure and prior to your payment through JCC, you will be able to remove part or all of the products from your shopping cart by pressing the Delete button which is next to each of your products in your shopping cart. You will also be able to add more products or change the quantity of the products in your cart.
You may cancel or change any of your current orders after your payment through JCC but before delivery dispatch. You can do this by calling our Customer Service line on +357-24624367 Monday to Friday between 7:00am –3.00pm or by email at Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after delivery dispatch. When your order is totally or partially cancelled, you shall be refunded the price of the cancelled products.
7. Payment Methods
a. Payment by credit/debit card through JCC (for terms and conditions go to https://www.jccsmart.com/site-contents/terms-and-conditions). JCC is considered the trusted service provider of choice for all financial technology services. Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimize the possibility of unauthorized access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of placing your order.
b. Payment on Pick-up or Delivery. Please read note 4 above for pick-up and delivery charges.
Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items.
8. Legal
These Product Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cyprus Republic and any disputes will be decided only by the Cyprus courts.
If any of these Product Terms is held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Product Terms which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Order Procedure
www.bookshop.academy.ac.cy has made distances so small, so that with the ease of your house or office chair you can order any item from our Online Shop and we will deliver it to your door. Just follow the following simple steps and before you know it your purchases will arrive just outside your door.
a. Choose from our Main Menu the Product Category from which you would like to purchase items, and then just click on the Add to Cart button next to the item you want to purchase. Your chosen item has already been placed in your Cart.
b. Then you can continue with your shopping or proceed to checkout and click on “Continue to Shipping”. The login page will open, where, if you are already a member of our Online Shop, you must simply submit your username and password; otherwise, you can register at this point or continue as a guest. New member registration is easy and will only take a few seconds.
c. Before you complete your order you will be able to go to your Account and make any changes you would like with regards to your personal information. You will also be able to change your order’s content, i.e., delete one or more products from your shopping cart, add more products or increase or decrease the quantity of the selected products as explained in the “Withdrawal and Cancellation” section.
d. Following your ‘’Shipping’’ option you then ‘’continue to payment’’. Next, you are directed to the payment options where you choose between JCC payment or payment on Delivery.
e. You are almost done. You will now perform a final check of your order and proceed. Read the Terms and Policies and accept the payment Terms and Conditions by ticking the respective box. Click on “complete order’’ and you will be immediately redirected to the secure page for payment. Following your successful payment, the system will redirect you to our website.
You will then receive an email confirmation with your order details and an invoice of your payment. Our system will save your order in your Member Account, where you will be able to review and check your current and old orders as often as you like.
HOW YOU MAY USE MATERIAL ON OUR SITE
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
